Norton Utilities Premium/Norton Utilities Ultimate uses a different product key from Norton Protection’s.
Sign into your account easily. Move your cursor over your name in the top-right corner, select Manage My Subscriptions, and you can access this site section.
You can locate and record your product key under My Subscriptions > Norton Utilities Premium or Norton Utilities Ultimate. Write or copy down this number for future reference!
Launch Norton Utilities by clicking the Help icon located at the top-right corner.
Click to discover Norton Utilities Premium or Ultimate and discover its many advantages.
Click the Change Key within the Norton window to make a change.
Enter the Norton Utilities product key and click Activate Norton Utilities to complete activation of it.
Common errors when entering product keys include entering an invalid product key.
Error messages will be generated if there are spaces within a product key.
Ensure the Norton Utilities Premium or Ultimate license information has been entered correctly; license data from one Norton product doesn’t transfer over to the next one.
If the message indicates incorrect or invalid licensing information, check that all license information is entered exactly as indicated.
